Thank you for entrusting your home loan with Iconic Mortgage Corp. We are

required to obtain certain documents as part of the loan process as well have

documents sent to the borrowers for e-signatures via DocuSign and keep the

borrower up to date on their loan’s status by either telephone, email, and/or text

messaging. You have a right to receive a printed copy of these documents by mail.

However, to avoid any delays during the processing period caused by mailing, Iconic Mortgage Corp. will electronically request updates and esignatures to ensure

expedited processing.

Please complete and execute this form if you consent to receiving documents by

email and receiving loan updates by phone and/or text messaging. Your consent will remain effective and authorize us to proceed with future solicitations using automated technologies.
