As the Vice President of Operations with Iconic Mortgage in Miami, Brett understands what it takes to help run a successful mortgage company. At Iconic, he believes in a culture of accountability where every team member is responsible for constant improvement and growth—and he ensures he’s available to help foster that growth.
Maryland born and bred, Brett made the move to South Florida 9 years ago and doesn’t miss the Baltimore winters. He has a strong dedication to giving back to the community, and has been involved in numerous community and charity initiatives locally.
Apart from his dedication to the mortgage industry, Brett takes the most pride in his role as husband and father. He’s an avid traveler, foodie, cyclist, movie buff, as well as a staunch supporter of the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles.
